Obituary of Leonardo Benevento

BENEVENTO- Leonardo: Passed away suddenly yet peacefully, with his loving family by his side, Leonardo "Leo" Benevento, at the age of 85.Leaving to mourn his wife of 62 years, Maria; daughters Francesca Caucci, Angela Medici (husband Vince). Predeceased by his parents Francesca and Giuseppe, his daughter Guiseppina, and son in law Mario Caucci. Also leaving to mourn are his grandchildren Pietro, Leonardo and Silvestro Caucci; Maria Rosa Maniaci, Angela-Marie Mcpherson and Leonardo Medici; his great-grandchildren, Milena, Sophia, Mario, Cynthia, Nicolas and Valentina. Leonardo will always be remembered for his great love and enjoyment of his family. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday October 6th from 2-9p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 7th at 10a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, 4673 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls. Entombment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
