Obituary of Blake Ted- John Majkut

MAJKUT, Blake Ted-John It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our little Hero, who passed away peacefully at home in his mother's arms on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the age of 1. Blake will be forever loved and missed by his parents Kevin and Lisa and by his sisters Kelsea and Kiya. Blake was adored by his Grandma Barb and by his grandparents Lynda and Ted. Blake will be remembered by many family and friends. Blake's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Thursday, April 9, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held on Friday.
