Obituary of Anthony Sardella

SARDELLA, Tony Went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 14, 2014 in his 55th year after battling a lung disease (IPF) and brain virus (PML). A devoted husband and father, Tony will be lovingly remembered by his wife Beverly of 27 years and his daughters Natalie, Katie, and Macy. Also survived by his brother Robert, nieces, nephew and great-niece. Tony was briefly mourned by his father, Nicola, who passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014. Predeceased by his mother Filomena, and brothers John and Frank. Tony's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL , 585 Carlton Street, on Friday, November 21st from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. A service celebrating Tony's life will take place at Elim Christian Fellowship (4 Lisgar Street) on Saturday, November 22 at 2:00 pm. Interment at Maple Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations in Tony's memory may be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or Elim Christian Fellowship. The family is grateful to the transplant staff at Toronto General Hospital and the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton. Gratitude is also extended to Elim Christian Fellowship, family, and friends for their generosity and love.
