Thumbies
Artisans select the best portion of the best print, choosing the most interesting lifelines, arches, loops or whorls from a high-definition scan. Then, from a three-dimensional wax model, it is cast in solid yellow or white 14K gold or sterling silver. After casting, your Thumbies ® is put through an extensive polishing process to give it a lustrous finish. Diamonds or synthetic birthstones may be added; and earrings, tie tacs, cuff links and key chains can be created.
The final step in creating your heirloom is the engraving of the backside with a name and date. You may purchase these thoughtful remembrances with matching 18" chains or as charms to be added to a special necklace or bracelet of your own. Thumbies ® make wonderful remembrances to give to family members and close friends on special occasions. Since the scanned prints are saved electronically, additional units may be ordered at a later date. Thumbies ® are keepsakes to be treasured for generations.
